Then to enjoy the fun side of solar and renewable energy, why not buy solar animals that make a hum when the sun shines on them, or move about when the sun shines. You could be the one to start the green chain reaction. You can have these toys going in the garden or your allotment, and let the sun gives its ambiance, or just have them in the home, and when the sun shines, start enjoying the wonders of light and the Earth. Then you will get a better appreciation of nature, and attract others to have it, and then they will attract other, who will attract other.
Using solar and renewable energy to charge equipment, is the fuel used for renewable equipment, just the same as putting oil in the central heating tank at home.
